Fried French Beans


One of my favorite ways to eat French beans & so easy too. Fry them with a little bit of oil till soft or you can boil then blanch them first before frying. Then add diced garlic (I generally add at least 4 cloves), parsley, 3 Tbsp of butter, salt & pepper to taste. Fry them up a little bit more & then it's done.

This might be my shortest food post & it probably took me longer to write this than to actually prepare the dish.
