Simply Strawberries

This is how we like to eat our strawberries.

1. Wash them, cut them into halves or quarters (depending on their size)

2. Sprinkle with 2-3 tablespoon of sugar & 5-6 mint leaves
(adding sugar will allow the juice from the strawberries to seep out)
(mint leaves because I just love the combination of mint & strawberries)

3. Leave in fridge for 2-3 hours to chill

4. Serve strawberries in their juice with or without whipped cream
